Explorer Post 25

    Explorer Post 25 is an organization of individuals with ages ranging 14 - 21 years of age. The Post's objective is to educate young adults in the fields of Firefighting and Emergency Medical Services. The Post meets weekly for training meetings covering a variety of topics from personal protective equipment to fire behavior. The "explorers" also provided a variety of services to the town of Northborough and its surrounding communities.

    The Explorers are also a dispatched resource, responding to a variety of incidents in both Northborough and it's neighboring communities.  The Post responds to working structure fires to provide air supply and firefighter rehabilitation, as well as manpower for large events such as brush fires.   If you are interested in joining the Explorers Post, or just curious to see what it is all about, please feel free to contact it's President or one of their advisors, FF Doug Pulsifer or FF Matt Mullen. Also you can stop by on one of our training nights. The post meets each Tuesday at 7pm at the Northborough Fire Department, 11 Pierce Street, Northborough, MA.
